Join me on December 30th at 2-4 pm as we sip on some mocktails, and get you ready for your baby's arrival!
Preparing to welcome your baby in the world can be exciting and overwhelming at times. There's so much information to take in and so much to do. As a birth coach/doula, I believe all families should feel comfortable, informed, and supported when making decisions that are best for them during their pregnancy, labor, & postpartum. In this fun event, we'll talk about the importance of taking care of yourself during pregnancy, building your birth support system and team, and getting you ready for the big day & beyond! I'll also answer questions you may have so you have rthe answers and support you need to make the best decisions for you & your family.
