I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most exciting and sacred times in our lives. As a Doula, I am privileged to assist and empower families during these life-changing experiences while helping to make them as positive and healthy as possible. I am proud and honored to offer support to women and families virtually and in person in the Baltimore and DC metro areas.

I am a labor and postpartum doula, who can assist with lactation and resources as well. I have had the privilege of supporting and empowering families as an educator and friend for 20 years. Helping new parents to feel confident helps strengthen their family and allows their family to prosper. I love encouraging others and feel it is a skill of mine to support others. I'd love the opportunity to help more families as they adjust to the new changes of life with a newborn. I always feel honored to be invited into the intimate and sacred family space to offer support during the labor and postpartum periods.
